2. CONTACT

After your initial inquiry is made our sales team will contact you directly by phone within 24-48 hours to discuss how we can help. We are able to provide comprehensive pricing brochures for our various custom products. During our conversation we will discuss your specific needs and develop a custom quote just for you. In the meantime, view our custom catalog for additional information.

3. ART PROOF

Once artwork charges are processed, our graphics team will develop an art proof to show a rendering of your product. Artwork set-up takes 48 hours, and includes, style, finish, and your design. Once received you will review and sign your finalized art proof. We also offer product samples for a small fee.*

4. placing order

When you approve your artwork, you will place your official order with our sales team and your custom products will begin the production process.

5. Production process

Each custom product is meticulously machined and crafted by our in-house team. Depending on your product, our team will laser-etch or screen print each piece to your exact specifications. If a sample is requested we will send you the products for review and approval.

6. SHIPPing

All of our custom products are designed, assembled and shipped from our Lake Forest, CA manufacturing facilities. Each product is hand assembled and shipped directly to you. Volume discounts are available.

7. Follow Up

After your custom products arrive in a timely manner our sales team may contact you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

8. Referral

If you know of someone that may be interested in our custom products we also offer a Referral Program. Simply introduce us to them and you’ll receive a Drive Coffee ultra-premium roast coffee if they sign up for a custom product program.
